Granted I haven’t actually read the book this article reviews, but I have heard loads about this subject.
Ever since Nike+ all you hear from most digital creative directors is that we need to invent — develop the PRODUCTS not the advertising.
It is one answer, but not the answer.
This article I think makes some good points on that as a whole, regardless if you have read that book.
