How a very simple question earned Amazon $2.7billion. They started off assuming people would read all the reviews, then realized that when there were many reviews they got a lot of rubbish. So why not rate the reviews?

It is an article about a small software company called 37 signals on Adobe website.

Software application may work in a different ways but I think it is inspiring to see how they work together.

It raises a few interesting issues about whether they should be alowed to make money. Also, it would be an excellent place to put ads, for better or worse.
